All medical laboratories, are determined and committed to carry out the following objectives:

• To establish the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System.
• To provide medical laboratory testing services in accordance with the applicable standards to satisfy the expectation of customers and satisfy the requirements of accrediting body and authorized body
• To ensure that all the laboratory personnel be familiarize and comply themselves with the documented quality system and competent in performing their assigned duties.
• To ensure that all equipment’s related to Lab testing are properly maintained and monitored.
• The staff of our laboratories are trained and committed to fully adhere to the specific Quality Objectives designed for their laboratories.
